Functional Description

2. Ultrasonic transducer: Converts the ultrasonic electrical signals generated by the ultrasonic generator into high-frequency mechanical vibrations, propagating through the cleaning solution to achieve ultrasonic cleaning;
3. First ultrasonic cleaning tank:
Workpieces undergo initial cleaning (rough cleaning) in this tank to remove most surface dirt;
4. Second ultrasonic cleaning tank:
Workpieces are cleaned a second time in this tank for better cleaning results;
5. Third rinsing tank
Rinses workpieces that have undergone ultrasonic cleaning with clean water;
6. Each tank is equipped with an automatic control indirect heating system: Heats and automatically controls the temperature of the cleaning solution in each tank to meet cleaning process requirements;
